Kelly Beeseck, LCSW-C
Kelly works with adults addressing issues such as trauma/abuse, PTSD, historical and intergenerational trauma, parenting, anxiety, grief/loss, depression, life transitions, self-harm, and relationship challenges.
Kelly specifically uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), Ego State Therapy, CBP (Components Based Psychotherapy), Somatic Therapy, and techniques from ETF (Emotional Freedom Techniques), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in her work.
She believes in a client-centered approach within an open, non-judgmental, trauma-informed and curious therapeutic relationship to address issues affecting client’s lives. She believes it is a privilege to work with clients on their healing journey and to assist them in becoming more intentional in their life.

Kelly has a MSW (Master of Social Work) degree from Salisbury University and will have a DSW (Doctor of Social Work) with a focus using implementation science with a trauma-informed and human rights perspective from The University at Buffalo (September 2024). Her capstone focused on using trauma-informed care (TIC) in her work and she continues to place emphasis on integrating the 6 principles of TIC into daily practices and interactions with clients.
She is currently licensed in Maryland and Delaware and offers tele-health for residents of both states.
She is currently pursuing EMDRIA Certification and is a member of the EMDR International Association.
